Missing credits
Open My profile → Purchases → Restore purchases. Completed purchases are credited once. If verification is pending, retry after reconnecting; do not buy the same package again to resolve it.
Waiting for music
Open My Music to check progress. Avoid submitting the same request again. Confirmed failed jobs return the production credit.
Account deletion
Open My profile → Device account → Delete my account. Cancel subscriptions separately through your Apple account.
Keep your music
Download your chosen versions within 14 days. You can edit or delete saved lyrics in the lyrics workshop.
