Who operates RapLab

Your device account

We store your artist name, account identifier, credit balance and an irreversible hash of an installation credential. The credential stays in your device’s secure storage. Social sign-in and cross-device account transfer are not offered. Practice notes and song plans stay on your device.

AI production and service providers

When you allow AI production, your submitted ideas, lyrics, track title, language and studio settings are sent to RapLab’s server and technical third-party AI providers to generate lyrics and music. Do not include sensitive personal information in creative prompts. Provider processing is necessary for the requested generation and may occur outside your country. API credentials are kept on the server.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases and manages subscriptions. RapLab does not receive payment card details. We store signed-transaction identifiers, products, renewals, refunds and credit ledger entries to fulfill purchases, avoid duplicate grants and resolve payment issues. Records required for payment reconciliation and applicable legal obligations are retained separately from creative content.

Content and storage

We store generation settings, lyrics, track metadata and links to provider-hosted audio. Audio availability is limited to 14 days; download anything you want to keep. We do not copy audio files to our server. Downloaded files are controlled by you. Saved lyrics remain until deleted or your account is deleted. Purchase records are not removed when a music link expires.

Notifications and security

With your permission, we use a push token and your app language to notify you when content is ready. Notification permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abusive registration, and operational security logs to protect the service. We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data.

Deletion and your choices

You can delete saved lyrics and creations in the app and delete your account from My profile → Device account → Delete my account. Deletion removes your artist name and creative content, clears the wallet and revokes access. Minimal purchase and security records may remain for the purposes above. Deleting the app or account does not cancel an Apple subscription: manage it in your Apple account. You may also request access, correction or deletion by email. Never send passwords, session credentials or card details.

Changes

We will update this policy when the service changes. Material changes affecting consent will be presented before new processing begins.
